What a complete renovation involves

Everything under one roof, literally

Part 01

Design & project management

Before anyone starts demolishing, there is a plan. Together we set the layout, the order of works and the budget, and we keep the schedule and the costs in hand throughout. This is the part that separates a managed renovation from hiring trades one by one.

  • Layout and renovation plan
  • Itemised budget
  • Permits where needed
  • Scheduling and coordination
Part 02

Strip-out & structural work

What has to go, goes — and the shell is repaired or rebuilt. Moving walls, an extension, a new floor build-up or roof structure: the structural work everything else rests on.

  • Strip-out and waste removal
  • Structural alterations
  • Walls, floors, ceilings
  • Extensions and rear additions
Part 03

Services & insulation

The work you will never see again, and exactly for that reason the work that matters most. Pipes, electrics, heating and insulation should be renewed while the walls are open — not in five years when everything is finished.

  • Water, drainage and electrics
  • Roof, wall and floor insulation
  • Heating and ventilation
  • Ready for future upgrades
Part 04

Finishing & handover

The stage where the house becomes a home again. Plastering, floors, carpentry, bathroom, kitchen and the final finish — with the same steady hand that ran the whole project. Handed over clean and ready to live in.

  • Plastering, tiling and painting
  • Floors and carpentry
  • Bathroom and kitchen
  • Handed over clean

Where do you start?

The order that prevents expensive mistakes

Most people renovating a house get stuck on the same question: where do I start? The answer is almost never “with the nicest part”. This is the order we keep to, and why.

  1. 01

    First visit & survey

We look at the property, listen to what you want and say honestly what is possible and what is not a good idea. Free and without obligation.

  2. 02

    Plan & budget

You get a renovation plan and an itemised budget — not a number on the back of a beer mat, but a breakdown showing where the money goes.

  3. 03

    Building in the right order

Structure and services first, finishing last. That way nothing has to be opened up again just after it was closed. We coordinate every trade.

  4. 04

    Handover

We walk through it together, settle the last snags and hand over clean. One point of contact, from day one to the keys.

Thinking about a complete renovation?

Start with a conversation, not a quote. We come round free of charge, look at the property and think through the approach with you — no obligation.
