Before anyone starts demolishing, there is a plan. Together we set the layout, the order of works and the budget, and we keep the schedule and the costs in hand throughout. This is the part that separates a managed renovation from hiring trades one by one.
What has to go, goes — and the shell is repaired or rebuilt. Moving walls, an extension, a new floor build-up or roof structure: the structural work everything else rests on.
The work you will never see again, and exactly for that reason the work that matters most. Pipes, electrics, heating and insulation should be renewed while the walls are open — not in five years when everything is finished.
The stage where the house becomes a home again. Plastering, floors, carpentry, bathroom, kitchen and the final finish — with the same steady hand that ran the whole project. Handed over clean and ready to live in.
